Shehbaz presents Punjab's case before Chinese investors
Shehbaz presented the benefits the Chinese businessmen shall get because of investing in Pakistan
LAHORE (Web Desk) - Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Shehbaz Sharif was recently on visit to China where he held meetings with senior Chinese leadership and also with the business sector.
In a video uploaded on his Facebook page, Punjab CM can be seen talking to the clothing sector business leaders belonging to the Jimo city of Shandong, presenting before them the case for investment in Punjab.
"If you remain in China, you become incompetititive," Shehbaz was seen stating to the businessmen, further adding that "your exports will fall down, which is already falling down. But if you come there (Pakistan), your exports will not only go up but we will have a win-win situation. You (China) will make progress, we (Pakistan) will make progress and the businesses will flow."
The business community is expected to invest in the Apparel park that is to be constructed near Lahore.
