Jhang: 14-year old girl raped, CM takes notice
The case number 68 under section 376 (1) of Act 18 motion was registered in her father's presence
JHANG (Dunya News) – A 14-year old girl was raped in Jhang on Wednesday while Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Shehbaz Sharif took notice of the incident after it was reported on Dunya TV, Dunya News has learnt.
A team of Punjab Child Protection Bureau Faisalabad reached Jhang while police had also registered a case against seven suspects. Key suspect Zafar Abbas had also been arrested in Police Station Kot Shakir.
The case number 68 under section 376 (1) of Act 18 motion was registered under the girl’s father’s presence.
