KARACHI (Dunya News) – Law enforcement agencies on Thursday foiled a major terror attack planned for the month of Ramazan and arrested six target-killers involved in sectarian terrorism, reported Dunya News.
A huge cache of weapons had also been recovered from the suspects. Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) from Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) Naveed Khawaja stated that the suspects had planned to kill at least a hundred innocent people. Amjad Sabri’s murder could be a case of sectarian terrorism or personal grudge, he added.
