Two dead as four laborers accidentally fall into chemical pool in Okara
District Police Officer (DPO) said that investigation into the matter has been launched.
OKARA (Dunya News) – At least two laborers were killed while two others fell unconscious after falling into a factory’s chemical mixed pool in Okara today (Thursday).
According to details, the incident took place in the morning when two workers accidentally fell into a chemical pool while doing work whereas the other two also plunged into the ill-fated pool as they tried to rescue their companions.
Sources told that two laborers died on the spot while other two have been shifted to hospital in critical condition where doctors said that efforts are underway to save their lives.
On the other hand, District Police Officer (DPO) said that investigation into the matter has been launched while he also assured to take action against the responsible people.
