Punjab govt to form JIT over Chotu gang case
Notification of formation of JIT has been issued in this regard
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Punjab government on Wednesday has decided to form Joint Investigation Team (JIT) headed by a senior officer over Chotu gang who became a symbol of fear for many year, reported Dunya News.
According to Punjab government sources, all the cases registered against Chotu gang fall in the very circle where JIT will be entrusted with the responsibility to investigate.
The JIT will investigate over Punjab police failure in operation and other issues related to the gang. Notification of formation of JIT has been issued in this regard.
