Bikak was involved in attack on Rashid Godil and police officials

KARACHI (Dunya News) – Wanted terrorist Shahid Bikak is competing local bodies election for chairman of Union Council (UC) 44 in Karachi. Bikak is the main suspect in attack on Rashid Godil and also involved in killings of police officials, reported Dunya News.

According to details, the banners of wanted terrorist Bikak are hanging opposite Gulbahar police station and despite his massive election campaign, police have failed to arrest him so far. Police had even announced prize for anyone who will help arresting Shahid Bikak right now competing as independent candidate.

Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Karachi has once again issued non-bailable arrest warrants for Lyari gangwar suspect Shahid Bikak today (Saturday).

The court held hearing on the cases against the absconder and reissued non-bailable arrest warrants against him. The judge has also directed the investigation officer to nab the culprit till November 30.

Shahid Bikak was involved in heinous crimes, illegal occupation of explosives and an attack on former president Asif Ali Zardari’s protocol officer Bilal Sheikh.

The suspect has also attempted to murder Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Rashid Godil who sustained injuries when unknown miscreants opened fire on his car in Karachi on August 18.

Earlier, law enforcers conducted a raid on the directives of ATC to apprehend gangwar worker Shahid Bikak. Acting on the orders, security personnel nabbed a close accomplice of the suspect after launching a search operation at Bikak relatives’ house.
