Karachi: 4 gang war accused killed in encounter with Rangers
At least four gang war accused were killed in encounter with Rangers in Lyari on Tuesday.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – According to details, Rangers conducted a raid at a hideout of gang war terrorists in Lyari on Tuesday upon which the terrorists opened fire at the raiding party.
A Rangers spokesman informed that exchange of fire between law enforcement agency and terrorists continued for hours during which four gang war accused were killed while two of their accomplices managed to escape.
The spokesman further said that the killed terrorists were involved in target killings and other heinous crimes in the city. Large quantity of arms was also recovered from them.
The dead bodies of the terrorists were shifted to the Civil Hospital. The Rangers sources informed that the identity of the dead terrorists is not yet known.
