RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – The top military leadership has expressed satisfaction over armed forces’ readiness to face internal as well as external security challenges, Dunya News reported.
The military leadership expressed determination to effectively respond every possible threat to national security.
According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Chairman General Rashid Mehmood headed the Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee session in Rawalpindi in which Army Chief General Raheel Sharif, Naval Chief Admiral Zakaullah and Air Chief Marshal Sohail Aman participated.
The session reviewed armed forces’ professional affairs and readiness to deal with threats. ISPR said that the participants also talked about the ongoing operations and affairs surrounding the national security.
