Contempt shown for US, Israel flags as MWM, ISO observe Yum-ul-Quds
Yum-ul-Quds rallies were observed throughout the country, slogans raised against Israel, US
LAHORE: (Dunya News, Web Desk) – Contempt for United States of America (USA) and Israel was shown as the Majlis Wahdatul Muslimeen (MWM) and Imamia Students Organization (ISO) led the Yum-ul-Quds rallies throughout the country including Lahore and Karachi. Flags of the US and Israel were painted on the roads to show disrespect towards them as the rallies stepped over them. They also raised slogans against the US and Israel, reported Dunya News.
Leaders of the rallies vowed to struggle for the freedom of Palestine and elimination of the state of Israel. Rally in Karachi was led from Numaish Chorangi and ended at the Tibet Center. Women, children and people from all walks of life joined the rally. The attendants were wearing red and green bands on their heads and raised ‘Death to America’ and ‘No to Israel’ slogans.
In Lahore, the rally started from Islampura and after passing through Anarkali, Nasir Baagh and other areas, ended at Cheering Cross. The attendants carried placards with them on this occasion. The rally was attended by political and religious personalities.

The rally in Multan was led from Ghanta Ghar Chowk to Nawaan Shehr Chowk and hundreds of people attended it. In Bahawalpur, the rally started from Jamia Masjid Hussainia and ended at Farid Gate.
