PHC issues notice to HEC Secretary, Chairman Search Committee
The petition was filed in VC's appointment case.
PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – Giving the last chance to the authorities, Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Tuesday has issued a notice to the Secretary Higher Education Commission and Chairman search Committee, Dunya New reported.
As per details, a two-member bench comprising of Justice Waqar and Justice Qaisar Rasheed heard the petition filed by Professor Dr. Mohammad Yousaf Hayat. During the hearing, plaintiff stated that he has not been appointed on the post of Vice Chairman despite getting green signal from the administration.
Listening to the arguments, the court summoned the accused officials and ordered to submit a formal reply till next hearing.
