Five missing people cases transferred to Peshawar High Court
All the cases would be heard by PHC additional registrar.
PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – At least five cases of missing people have been transferred to additional registrar of Peshawar High Court (PHC) today (Tuesday), Dunya News reported.
As per details, the cases would be heard by PHC additional registrar whereas a notification has also been issued to the respondents of the cases.
