IHC reinstates Ch Rashid Ahmad as chairman PEMRA

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday has restored Chaudhry Rashid Ahmad as Chairman Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA).
As per details, Ch Rashid Ahmad challenged his suspension orders in IHC seeking to mull the decision on which the court has reinstated his post as chairman PEMRA.
Earlier, the authorities suspended the chairman in an accusation of indulging in corrupt practices and violation of rules and regularities.
