Custom officials formulate Ayyan Ali's interim challan
The challan will be presented before the Customs Court next week.
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – Custom officials have made an interim challan against Ayyan Ali in money laundering case, Dunya News reported on Saturday.
According to details, airport record, First Information Report (FIR), statement of the suspect, her father and of airport staff alongwith the submitted documents are part of the challan.
The challan will be presented before the Customs Court next week.
As per the challan, the supermodel was caught red-handed while smuggling money abroad whereas no legal proof of the money has yet been presented by Ayyan.
Moreover, a final challan will also be submitted to the court after the conclusion of the investigation.
Earlier, Special Judge Custom while extending the judicial remand of the suspect also ordered to present the challan of the case in 14 days.
