Enraged protesters burnt tyres and blocked the traffic

LAHORE/KARACHI (Dunya News) – The Christian community in different cities of the country on Sunday have demonstrated protests against the suicide bombings outside churches in Lahore.

In sector G-7 of Islamabad, the Christian community raised slogans against the terror acts and demanded the government to increase protection of the churches in the entire country.

In Esa Nagri area of Hassan Square in Karachi, the locals came out on roads to demonstrate protest against the suicide bombings. The protesters burnt tyres and blocked the traffic. The Christian community also demonstrated protest in Yaseenabad.

In Sialkot, the people held placards with slogans written on them and protested against the killing of innocent people. The protesters blocked the traffic and burnt tyres.

On the other hand, the Christian community in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) demonstrated a protest outside the KP Assembly. Moreover, the people protested in several other cities including Multan, Faisalabad, Sargodha and Nankana Sahib.
