One day anti-polio drive underway in Peshawar
7000 police officials have been deployed for the security of the polio workers.
PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – One day anti-polio drive has been initiated in Peshawar today (Sunday), Dunya News reported.
As per details, 4000 teams have been formed to inoculate polio drops to more than 754,000 children in 92 union councils (UCs) of Peshawar.
District administration has imposed section 144 to ban pillion riding in the city whereas 7000 police officials have been deployed for the security of the polio workers.
