PML-N and PTI workers should protest peacefully: Altaf Hussain
Altaf humbly appealed PTI and PMLN workers to remain peaceful in Faisalabad's protest.
KARACHI (Dunya News) — Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain said on Monday that Pakistan Muslim-Nawaz (PMLN) and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) workers should remain peaceful in their protest against each other. Instead of relying on violence they should remain patient and peaceful, said Altaf.
Altaf Hussain humbly appealed PMLN and PTI workers and supporters to demonstrate patience in the PTI’s protest of Faisalabad.
He said that holding protests and allowing for them is part of democracy but promoting violence is against the democratic values.
He also requested that nobody should force the traders and business men in Faisalabad to shut down their businesses against their will.
