Islamabad/Lahore: PTI demonstrates protests against killing of PTI worker

As many as 11 people have been injured in Faisalabad due to the firing between PML-N and PTI

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) workers on Monday are demonstrating a protests in the express way and at the Abbpara Chowk after a PTI worker was shot dead and as many as 11 injured after Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and PTI workers came face to face in Faisalabad.

According to details, as many as 11 people have been injured in Faisalabad due to the firing between workers of both the parties.

One man, named Haq Nawaz died on the spot due to the firing.

After this, PTI workers started demonstrating protests in Islamabad’s express way and Abbpara Chowk and burnt tyres resultantly, blocked the road.

The workers are raising slogans against the government and have demanded immediate arrest of the people responsible for the killing.

On the other hand, PTI workers in Lahore have also started demonstrating protest on the Mall.

Reportedly,traffic on the Murree Road, Airport Road and IJP Road Islamabad has been jammed.

The lawyers and the PTI workers are demonstrating protest on the Mall, Lahore also. Long lanes of vehicles are being seen stuck on the road at the General Post Office (GPO) Chowk.

PTI workers are also demonstrating protest at Liberty Market roundabout.

PTI workers who demonstrated protests at the Karachi Press Club have demanded immediate arrest of the people responsible.

Workers in Multan have also condemned the killing of a PTI worker and held a rally in this regard.

GTS Chowk in Gujrat also witnessed a demonstration of protest by the PTI workers.
