MS District Teaching Hospital formulates an inquiry committee to probe the incident.
SARGODHA (Dunya News) – Two more infants died at District Headquarter (DHQ) Hospital in Sargodha that mounted the death toll to 10 on Thursday.

CM Punjab has now demanded a report from secretary health whereas Medical Superintendent (MS) of District Teaching Hospital Dr. Iqbal Sami has formulated an inquiry committee comprising of Dr. Arshad Rauf, Dr. Shahid Manzoor, and lady doctor Rabbiya Hashim to probe the incident.
Earlier, at least eight children aged between 2 to 8 hours died of negligence at District Headquarter Hospital on Wednesday. Relatives of the infants alleged hospital administration for negligence and claimed that oxygen disruption led to the deaths.
