Khadim rejected the allegation saying even his own house was targeted

JHELUM (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Punjab president Ejaz Chaudhry on Sunday accused Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz’s (PML-N) former member provincial assembly (MPA) Nadeem Khadim of firing in PTI rally in Jhelum that left at least 8 injured, Dunya News reported.

Meanwhile PML-N MPA Nadeem Khadim rejected PTI’s allegations saying that his own house was targeted. He alleged that PTI itself was involved in the firing incident.

Talking exclusively to Dunya News, Khadim alleged that PTI itself is involved in the firing.

Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Pervaiz Rasheed said that PTI shouldn’t make a fool of itself by blaming everything on PML-N.

Former Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah termed the incident a clash between two private groups.

At least 8 people were injured after unidentified men opened fire some 8 kilometers ahead from the rally venue. Those wounded were rushed to the hospital and 2 of them remain in a critical condition.
