ATC terms Qadri a proclaimed offender in Motorway riot case
The Motorway riot case was registered against over 100 individuals including Qadri.
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – The special Anti-terrorism Court (ATC) hearing vandalism of government building cases on Thursday declared Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Dr Tahirul Qadri a proclaimed offender and ordered him to appear before court within a month. The court warned that a formal proclamation will be issued against Qadri upon failure to appear before court, Dunya News reported.
The ATC judge Chaudhry Abdul Quyyum, while declaring Qadri a proclaimed offender, ordered him to appear before court within a month.
The Motorway riot case was registered against over 100 individuals including Qadri.
The court ordered one month proclamation of Tahirul Qadri over lack of fulfillment of arrest warrant.
