Girl attempts suicide over domestic dispute
She has been shifted to civil hospital where she is in a critical condition.
ALIPUR (Dunya News) – A 20-year old girl attempted suicide after a deadly dispute with her husband in Alipur tehsil of Muzzafargarh district in Punjab.
The girl named Tehmina tried to commit suicide by drinking acid. When her condition deteriorated she was shifted to civil hospital where she is in a critical condition.
According to Tehmina’s family, she got married to Abdul Latif four years ago and is a mother of two children. Agitated by the frequent domestic disputes, she tried to commit suicide. The police have begun further investigation into the matter.
