CM Shahbaz takes notice of Gujranwala clash, advises PML-N workers to keep calm

LAHORE (Web Desk) – Taking notice of the clash between PML-N and PTI workers in Gujranwala, Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has appealed the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) workers to keep calm.

CM Shabaz has directed the DCOs and DPOs to make every possible effort to maintain law & order and keep an eye on miscreant elements.

He said no one is above the law and action will be taken against the law breakers.

In a statement issued from Lahore earlier today, Shahbaz Sharif said that Imran Khan has launched protest rallyto hide the worst performance of his party government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Country cannot afford anarchy or chaos, he added.

He said the PTI chief has made an undemocratic and unconstitutional statement by demanding a technocrat government.

Shahbaz Sharif said PTI leadership has broken all records of telling lies in politics. Demands of PTI and PAT are unconstitutional.

He said masses will foil all plans that would slide country towards instability. Neither Prime Minister will resign nor mid-term elections would take place.
