Three die as bus overturns in Quetta
The accident occurred when driver lost control of the bus in order to save a motorcyclist.
QUETTA (Dunya News) - At least three persons died and 20 others injured on Sunday when a bus carrying passengers from Hazar Ganji vegetable market to the city overturned near Raisani Chowk.
According to police, the accident occurred when driver the bus tried to save a motorcyclist coming from opposite side.
The dead bodies and the injured persons including five women and four children were shifted to civil hospital while two of them were reported in critical condition.
The dead bodies were handed over to heirs after legal procedure. Eight persons were discharged from the hospital after first-aid while 12 were still under treatment.
The driver fled from the scene while police seized the bus and started investigation.
