PMLN conspired against every democratic govt: Sharjeel Memon

KARACHI (Dunya News) – Sindh government on Saturday bashed the federal government with accusations. Sindh’s Information Minister Sharjeel Memon alleged that cuts are being made from Sindh’s shares. He claimed that the ruling party Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PMLN) has been part of conspiracies against every democratic government, adding that those who consider Lahore the whole Pakistan haven’t learned anything from the history, Dunya News reported.
Addressing a press conference, Memon alleged that PMLN led federal government is acting with bias against Sindh and is treating Sindh like a step mother. He claimed that Sindh’s share of resources is being cut.
He said that the Thar coal project was ignored. He alleged that the federal government fulfilled not a single promise about Karachi operation and that Sindh government was paid not even a penny.
Memon claimed that Lahore has the most line losses and yet unfair load shedding is being imposed on Sindh.
He said that PMLN got accountability cases against itself nullified whereas PPP leaders Yousaf Raza Gilani and Makhdoom Ameen Faheem were issued arrest warrants.
PPP leader said that PPP won’t bow down before PMLN led government, adding that his party doesn’t want to adopt the way of protest.
Memon said that PMLN has conspired against every democratic government in the past, adding that those who consider Lahore the whole Pakistan haven’t learned anything from the past.
He claimed that Nawaz Sharif has entered into an NRO (National Reconciliation Ordinance) with former president Pervez Musharraf.
