Flour mills strike creates scarcity crisis
Flour mills launch strike today against Punjab Food Authority.
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Although flour mills announced for couple of hours token strike, the supply of flour from the mills has been completely stopped.
The public has the only option of ‘Chakki flour’ which is quite expensive.
The flour mills association is of the view that registration of the mills with Punjab Food Authority, registration fee of Rs 50,000 and checking of the quality of mills’ flour were unjustified.
