Three die in bomb attack on FC convoy in Quetta
Blast targeted FC convoy in Quetta this morning.
QUETTA (Web Desk) - At least three Frontier Corps (FC) men were killed and six others injured in an explosion near their convoy in the Sorab area of Quetta on Saturday, Dunya News reported.
Security officials confirmed that a remote-controlled bomb hit the FC convoy.
A heavy contingent of security forces threw a security cordon around the blast site as rescuers shifted the injured to nearby hospital.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has strongly condemned the attack and deplored the loss of precious lives in the incident.
So far, no group has claimed responsibility of the incident.
