Ogra case: Two former PMs appear before accountability court
The court had ordered Yousuf Raza Gilani and Raja Pervez Ashraf to appear on February 18.
ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) - Yousuf Raza Gilani and Raja Pervez Ashraf, two former prime ministers belonging to the PPP, appeared before accountability court today (Tuesday) in Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) corruption case.
The ex-premiers were made accused in a reference relating to illegal appointment of former Ogra chief Tauqeer Sadiq.
During the hearing of case, the accountability court approved Yousaf Raza Gilani’s plea for exemption from appearance.
The case hearing has been adjourned till March 5.
