Court adjourns hearing of Ogra corruption case till November 18.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) –Accountability court on Monday ordered National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to submit final challan in Ogra corruption case by November 18.

Accountability court judge Muhammad Bashir resumed the hearing into Rs82 billion Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (Ogra) sca.

Main accused in the case Tauqir Sadiq was also present in the court during today’s proceedings.

NAB’s Additional Deputy Prosecutor General Chaudhry Riaz told court that final challan has not been approved as yet, whereas, investigation officer of NAB is busy in Rental Power case probe.

Chaudhry Riaz sought 10-day extension in deadline to present the final challan.

On this, the court directed him to present final challan in the next hearing on November 18.
