PTI chief Imran Khan has said that his party would block the NATO supplies at all costs.

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Talking to media after the meeting of Pakistan Tehrik-i-Insaf (PTI) core committee in Lahore on Saturday, Imran Khan said that his party will halt the NATO supplies even at the cost of PTI government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Imran blamed the US for sabotaging Pakistan s peace initiative with Taliban by carrying out drone strikes in the tribal areas bordering Afghanistan. Imran said that the killing of Hakimullah Mehsud in a US drone strike a day before start of peace talks with Taliban proved that US wanted no peace in Pakistan or a dialogue with the Taliban.

Imran also said that his party would table resolutions for blocking NATO supplies in National and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa assemblies, which is one of the two routes through which the NATO supplies move in and out of Afghanistan.
