Degrees of 13 former MPs declared as fake
HEC and ECP have declared degrees of more 13 former MPs as fake.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The Higher Education Commission on Monday declared degrees of two former MPs Shafi Muhammad and Amna Ulfat as fake while Election Commission of Pakistan declared degree of eleven former MPs as fake including eight former MPAs and three former Senators.
The fake degrees holder former MPs are Rehana Yahya Baloch‚ Mir Israr Ullah Khan Zehri‚ Mir Mohabat Khan Mari‚ Samina Khawar Hayat‚ Seemal Kamran‚ Shumaila Rana‚ Shabina Khan‚ Rana Ijaz Ahmed Noon‚ Bashir Ahmad Khan‚ Nawabzada Tariq Magsi and Mir Nadir Magsi.
The ECP has decided to de-notify the fake degree holders and initiate criminal proceedings against them in their respective Sessions Courts.
Meanwhile, degrees of Mukesh Kumar Chawla and Rubina Irfan have been verified.
