Court orders confiscation of ex-OGRA chairman's property
Court has declared ex-OGRA chairman Tauqeer Sadiq Proclaimed Offender with stern orders against him.
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News): Accountability Court Rawalpindi has declared former OGRA chairman Tauqeer Sadiq a proclaimed offender and ordered to confiscate of his property.
According to sources, Accountability Court Judge Shahid Hafeez resumed hearing of the ex-OGRA chairman corruption case. NAB prosecutor requested for punishment under 31A due to continuous absence of Sadiq from the court proceedings.
Later, the court declared Tauqeer Sadiq a proclaimed absconder and ordered to seize his property.
The case hearing was adjourned till April 18.
