Shahzeb murder case adjourned till Feb 27
Police told court that Shahrukhs cousin Salman Jatoi has fled to London.
KARACHI (Dunya News) - The police on Tuesday presented the final challan before an anti-terrorism court (ATC) which included the names of 53 witness, including four eye witnesses, and declared that two suspects were still at large.
The investigating officer informed the court that the passports of all absconding suspects were cancelled and that Interpol had been contacted over the issue.
During case proceeding, Inspector Mubeen also submitted writted reply to court’s show-cause notice, however, police surgeon who verified prime suspect Shahrukh Jatoi’s age, did not respond to court’s notice.
Later, the court adjourned the case hearing till February 28.
