US embassy car kills one person, injures another
Police have registered a case under section 302 against the US embassy official.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – A person injured in a collision with a US embassy vehicle succumbed to his injuries on Friday morning.
US diplomat Lupersio Perez was driving the car at a high speed when it hit a motorcycle in the Secretariat Police Station area of Islamabad. As a result, the motorcyclists were injured badly.
The victims Muzamil Shah and Raza, employees of Capital Development Authority (CDA), were taken to the Polyclinic Hospital. However, Muzamil Shah succumbed to his injuries.
A case was registered against the US diplomat under section 302, however, he was released on bail earlier today.
