68 more irregular doctors sacked in Punjab

LAHORE: The Punjab health ministry has sacked 68 doctors who were absent from work for an extended period of time, Dunya News reported on Saturday.
The sacked doctors include 13 consultants of grade XVIII and 55 medical officers of grade XVII. According to the report, these doctors had been absent from their duties for more than two years.
The admin sent several notices. However, no reply was received from these doctors.
