Grand alliance to counter PPP in Sindh
Coordination Committee of 9 political parties will meet on February 9 to finalize strategy.
KARACHI: Functional League has started hectic efforts in order to forge a grand political alliance to counter PPP in Sindh.
Pir Pagaro has been busy in negotiations with different political leaders in this connection.
The alliance, lead by Functional League chief Pir Pagro, will include PML-N, National People’s Party, JUI-F, Sindh Taraqqi Pasand Party, Jamat-e-Islami, Sindh United Party, Awami Tehreek and JUP.
These parties have already agreed to contest elections against PPP from a joint platform.
The member parties will take important decisions regarding seat adjustments and other election-related matters in the February 9 meeting.
