Judges' detention case: Arrest warrants against Musharraf issued
The court issued arrest warrants against ex-president Pervez Musharraf in Judges detention case.
ISLAMABAD: Local court civil judge Abbas Shah issued arrest warrants against former president general (r) Pervez Musharraf who had ordered to detain judges for raising voice against dictatorship.
In this regard, Islamabad Secretariat Police Station had moved an application in the court with the prayer that arrest warrants should be issued against the accused for being responsible of judges’ detention.
It is worth mentioning that the aforesaid case had been filed against former president on August 11, 2009.
