ATC has issued notices to all parties in Pervez Musharraf assets case.
RAWALPINDI: Anti-Terrorism Court on Saturday issued notices to all parties in the Pervez Musharraf assets case to appear for the preliminary hearing of the request for the obtaining the records of Musharraf’s assets.
Judge Chaudhry Habibur Rehman heard the petition filed by Sehba Musharraf, wife of Pervez Musharraf, who pleaded to restore the frozen accounts of the former president.
During the hearing, the petitioner’s counsel Ilyas Siddiqui submitted another request, seeking records of joint accounts held by Musharraf.
The court issued notices to all parties in the case to appear for a preliminary hearing and adjourned the hearing until December 22.
