Reference filed against ex-Ogra chief
So far, no development has been made in the case, Justice Jawad S Khwaja remarked.
ISLAMABAD: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Friday informed the Supreme Court that it has filed a reference against former Chairman of the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (Ogra) Toqeer Sadiq, however, he is still at large.
A two-member bench headed by Justice Jawad S Khwaja heard the case about non-implementation of its judgment over illegal appointment of Ogra chief.
NAB Prosecutor informed court that police’s assistance should be sought for arrest of Toqeer Sadiq.
