Illegal transfer of children: Foreign ministry declares Asad Khattak's plea against facts
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Tuesday has submitted an answer in Islamabad High Court (IHC) in a case against the shifting of actor Veena Malik’s children to Pakistan from Dubai.
The ministry has declared the plea of Veena’s husband Asad Khattak against the facts and informed that he had concealed the truth and filed the petition by providing controversial material.
Veena Malik had submitted the copy of certificate of children’s guardianship issued by Rawalpindi’s court. The kids were issued passport as per the Pakistani laws, the ministry stated.
The court has directed to provide the copy of ministry’s reply to Asad Khattak and adjourned the hearing till April 20.
