36-year-old James Rainford has been arrested third time in less than a year for disobeying a court order to stay away from socialite, Paris Hilton.Rainford was arrested outside Paris Hiltons coastal home after paparazzi that were outside socialites home recognized him. A judge issued a restraining order in October after Rainford was arrested outside Hiltons Hollywood Hills home. He was arrested earlier this year after he attempted to grab Hiltons then-boyfriend, Cy Waits.Rainford pleaded no contest to misdemeanor battery and was sentenced to 227 days in jail. He was released after serving less than a month because of jail overcrowding and mandatory credits imposed by the state.
