OKARA (Dunya News) – Police arrested a suspect for harassing a girl student in a street in B Division Police jurisdiction here on Thursday.
The suspect was identified as Sohail. Police tracked down the accused with help of CCTV footages.
During the police chase, the accused fell from his bike and hit a footpath, breaking his arm and hand. He was shifted to hospital. A case was registered against him. Further investigation was underway.
Police said steps were being taken to ensure law and order and protection of life and property of citizens. Police were praised for their prompt action to arrest the accused at the earliest.
