KHANEWAL (Dunya News) – A suspected outlaw wanted in dozens of case of attempted murder, robbery, drug trafficking and murder was killed by the firing of his own accomplices in police custody, Dunya News reported here on Wednesday.

According to police of Crime Control Department (CCD), the suspect identified as Nazir alias Nazira was killed by his own accomplices, who opened fire at a police team in an attempt to get him freed.

He was being escorted to an area for recovery purpose when the incident happened. In the attack, police escaped unhurt.
