Two most-wanted dacoits surrender in Rajanpur

Eleven dacoits had surrendered along with their weapons just a day earlier, taking the total number of surrenders during the ongoing katcha operation to 29.
RAJANPUR (Dunya News) - Two notorious dacoits, Wahab Lund, carrying a bounty of Rs10 million, and Shahideen Lund, with a head money of Rs5 million, have surrendered to police in the katcha area of Rajanpur.
According to the District Police Officer (DPO), the surrendered criminals were wanted in multiple cases, including the killing of police officials, murder, kidnapping, and armed robbery. He said the arrested dacoits would be dealt with strictly in accordance with the law.
The DPO added that 11 dacoits had surrendered along with their weapons just a day earlier, taking the total number of surrenders during the ongoing katcha operation to 29.
He further said that a major police operation is underway in Katcha Karachi and Katcha Umrani areas, where drone surveillance is being used to target criminal hideouts. So far, seven hideouts have been destroyed and several dacoits seriously injured.
Issuing a stern warning, the DPO said all remaining criminals should surrender immediately or face strict action.
