QUETTA (Dunya News) – Burglars looted Rs55 million in cash from a private bank on Airport Road here on Tuesday, Dunya News reported.
The robbers broke into the bank and took the security guards and other bank staff hostage at gunpoint and made off with cash.
Having being informed, police reached the spot and started investigation.
The law enforcers took forensic evidence and CCTV footage to find clue to the fleeing robbers.
Police said with the help of surveillance footage, they would manage to reach out the robbers.
Police high-ups reached the spot and ordered stepping up security in the area.
The law enforcers have formed teams to investigate the heist and decided to involve the bank staff into their investigation.
