KARACHI (Dunya News) – Four robbers were arrested and weapons and looted valuables were seized from them after encounters with the police in different areas of the City.
In Korangi Awami Colony, a robber was tracked down after a shootout with the police.
His accomplice escaped. Police have started his search.
Police were informed that two robbers were hiding in the area and planning to loot valuables from the citizens.
The law enforcers rushed to the spot to arrest them. To see the police, the outlaws started firing.
Police retaliated and injured a robber and later arrested him.
In Federal B-Area, police arrested a robber after a gun-battle. Valuables, cash and a pistol were recovered from him.
In Sadar area, police arrested a robber after a brief encounter. The outlaw was injured during the skirmish and later arrested.
Police have started investigation after recovering weapons and valuables from the injured outlaw.
