The guard tried to resist cash-snatching by robbers
SIALKOT (Dunya News) – Robbers kill a security guard for resisting robbery on a petrol pump situated at defence road in Sialkot on Wednesday.
According to the police, during an incident of robbery on a petrol pump at defence road, the robbers tried to snatch cash from the cashier upon which the guard tried to resist, but the robbers opened fire on him. As a result of the firing the guard succumbed to his injuries at the spot.
The dacoits escaped with the help of aerial firing. The police arrived at the scene afterwards and took the dead-bod in custody which was later shifted to hospital for autopsy.
The police said they are investigating the incident and will try to bring the culprits to justice.
