The suspect of murder was killed by rival party
WAZIRABAD (Dunya News) – A suspect involved in murder of three persons was produced in court of civil judge when the members of rival group killed him. The suspect succumbed to his injuries on the spot after being shot.
Police of station Ahmad Nagar produced a suspect named Naseer in the court for remand when the rival group assassinated him and he died on the spot. The suspect had committed three murders on two different occasions.
The deceased suspect was arrested after absconding for 11 years. The assailant was present in the court room under the guise of a lawyer. The policemen present in court arrested the assailant as well.
The incident of firing within the court has raised some serious questions on the security arrangements, the people present in the court have shown serious concern on the incident and termed it as a security failure.
