Two suspects were seriously injured in the firing of their accomplices.
BAHAWALNAGAR (Dunya News) – The police on Saturday claimed to have arrested two robbers after an alleged encounter in the jurisdiction of Faqirwali Police Station in Bahawalnagar.
Police said the officials tried to stop four persons on motorcycles due to suspicion, who opened fire at them. Two suspects were seriously injured in the firing of their accomplices, while two others managed to escape.
The police further said the injured robbers have been transferred to a hospital. The arrested suspects were wanted in several serious incidents of crime by the police.
