KARACHI (Web Desk) – A cleric was shot dead outside his residential property by unidentified gunmen in News Karachi on Wednesday.
Police said Saleem Khatri was a local leader of Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat. The victim was taken to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital with five bullet wounds but he failed to survive.
According to the SSP Central, Khatri was standing at a shop when four gunmen riding bikes approached him and fired several shots at him. He said the victim was targeted. Police shifted the body for autopsy and launched detailed investigation.
