SHUJAABAD (Dunya News) - A man was shot dead by his son over a property dispute at Shujaabad city in Punjab on Wednesday.
Police said the accused, along with his colleagues, killed his father and also took his stepmother as a hostage. She was seriously injured after being tortured by him.
The police added that the suspect also had a grudge over the father's second marriage.
Police shifted the father’s dead body to a hospital for post-mortem, while a case has been registered against the accused and his accomplices. Raids are being conducted for their arrest.
